And there in lies the problem, its not his team, or his players, only his coaches, its A team and THE players. I think I understand what he meant but what he said is totally different. And all of this could just go away if he played better than he talked, or typed.

By my reckoning, if we are going to go to the playoffs, it will be by winning the auto-bid, so not only do we need to win the rest of our games, we need Coastal, Charleston Southern and Kennesaw State to each lose a game other than the one against us.

Oh, and Monmouth would need to lose two more games because if we end up tied with them in the Big South, they would have the head-to-head tiebreaker. So who do these teams have left on their schedules?

He's quickly making himself one of the least liked players of all time at Liberty.

This is my tenth year following the team and I can't think of any football player who has been more unlikable than him. He's almost to Kyle Ohman status.

I believe the argument Josh was trying to make is that if we win out we will deserve an at large bid. IMHO the odds against that are pretty long, but not as long as getting the BSC autobid with 2 losses.

I agree with you. I disagree with him when he says we're going to the playoffs because there's no way a four-loss team, two of them coming at the hands of Gardner-Webb and Monmouth, is getting an at-large bid.

I agree with you. I disagree with him when he says we're going to the playoffs because there's no way a four-loss team, two of them coming at the hands of Gardner-Webb and Monmouth, is getting an at-large bid.

Those are 2 bad losses, and they are not going away. On the other hand, if we were to win out, we would have 4 quality wins against ranked FCS and an FBS. Add to that the fact that we would have finished the season beating a Coastal team that will probably be ranked no worse than 3rd on national TV, and I would say it is possible.
