yeah, a few years ago it was well documented that UNC was the best selling college merchandise in the country. It got really popular when they started selling throwback Jordan garb I think back when that Jordan division of Nike first came about. Anyway, it's pretty popular.

Or, Jeremy Pargo's nasty drive to the basket with the behind the back, then the spin move for the layup.....pretty impressive

I really don't know what you're so upset about, LUConn. Five years ago, ESPN had practically canonized Jim Calhoun, they were so into UConn. If Emeka Okafor made a run-of-the-mill layup, it was somehow SportsCenter material. Don't worry. ESPN is cyclical.

carolina and UConn fans hate duke because of the coverage they get. when and if duke starts losing then maybe that will change.

It's not cyclical. It's duke every year. They did love Okafor and Calhoun in the preseason but then they got thumped by Georgia Tech in a preseason tornament and they were left by the ESPN wayside until they blew through the Big East tournament.


I don't think uconn fans hate duke. Uconn owns Duke. I just don't like watching bad college basketball games. (Unless my team is playing in it of course.)
