The school must be in the base of the building. I can't imagine that it would extend up the shaft. A building with that small of a floorprint in the tower would only seem to be viable for one elevator and maybe 2-4 classrooms per floor. That would make for a huge bottleneck during class change times.

That's the difference tho... You're doing it wrong. Up here we just barrel into them without lifting. Go thru one doing 60 - ya barely lose any time at all

The comment was constructed for that. I was going to use a different word for "bottleneck"... I suppose you could figure it out pretty easily. Compound word... starts with a 'c'.
