Also, I am not sure that Masha will be moved to another position.
If you don't have more than 4 on scholarship, there is no reason not to have as many as you want on the roster counting walk-ons. FFG explained in detail why 5 is NOT too many.

As far as Masha being moved is concerned, I don't recall anyone saying it is a done deal, but if Bradwell wins the backup job (and I hear he has been VERY impressive in practices) it would be a waste not to try to find a way to get Masha's athleticism on the field.

I said it was my opinion. Plus, two of the "positions" that FFG listed are almost always filled by one player. Bradwell filled 2 this season (possibly 3 depending on how you define them). FFG's "positions" are fluid.

Like I said, I am not sure what will happen with Masha.

I agree as far as schollies are concerned, but 5 total is the number you want. 3-4 on scholarship and 1-2 walkons.

Just because Masha may be moved to another position doesn't mean he can't attend some of the QB meetings and get a few practice reps occasionally so he can be ready if needed.
And my only issue with that is now he can't master the "other" position while still trying to get reps at QB and its alot to master, its not HS where you can just line up and be the best athlete, like Gabe did he would have to let one go so he can be the most effective at the other. Especially if Bradwell can come in and be and effective QB for the club

Yes, he did but again imo you can't keep flip flopping and be the best at your position, or either your saying the coaches did that bad of a job at recruiting the WR spot that they have to put the back up QB there to get production. Tannehill was also ALOT bigger target for the Aggies at 6'4 than Masha at 6'1 playing on the outside. Not saying it can't be done, but doesn't make it the smartest thing to do.

Tannehill 1st round and your point is what? Because Masha moves to WR and not play QB mean he is now gonna win the Heisman, come on dude.

Two different levels of competion, the SEC and Big South, and Tannehill wasn't drafted because he was a WR either. Masha is standing maybe 6'1 if he gets a look it will be at WR anyway, same as Mike Brown. This offense will not be allowed to be prolific enough for him to warrant going to the league as a QB. And were you not the same person who chimed in about how he didn't have the arm strength to do it anyways.

I think it was TCU's coach who had that philosophy. I remember hearing it but all the Bowl games are running together

As for the Taanehill comparison, I'm saying you can excel being flip flopped in positions. It's much easier to make the transition from QB to WR than the other way around. Plus, being a 6'1" receiver on the FCS level is pretty average.

Darrell Henderson is off the board as we are "no longer looking at nose tackles."

Leads me to believe the coaching staff is confident we are getting either Jaleel Carter or Dorian Kithcart.

So how many spots are we looking at this year. I counted 14 or 15 if grooms and shashaty were on scholly. Javan may have been a walk on. Just a guess but i would think were still looking for another defensive lineman atleast 1 more lb and 1 more db. I would think we would want a rb to redshirt this year to compete with macon and smith in 2016.

I actually can't wait for signing day, but the main reason is because we have some real talent on the line, and I want to sign them before they go somewhere else, is that bad? a part of me thinks we could lose a couple of those 3 stars. fingers crossed.

It could happen of course, but the fact that these guys have verballed so late in the game makes it less likely. For most of them we were their last visit. Early commits are more likely to change, like Ervin did last year.

2 WR (Damian King, Denvre Daniels*)
2 OL (Ernst Anderson, Dontae Duff)
2 DL (Juwan Wells, William Brown)

I also believe we will be looking at Foutz as a TE rather than a LB.
