Lots of activity on the concourse with Dunkin' Donuts, a new photo booth, a T-shirt give away, and a new car on display that a student can win with 3 shots--a layup, a free throw, and a half court shot.Moller is actually a starter, but our bench played more minutes last night than the 5 starters did. All 13 available players saw time (Talbert didn't dress with his back problems) and only the 2 Freshmen PGs didn't score.
Our team looks so much quicker and more athletic. Both centers played with their backs to the basket and displayed strong post moves, esp. in the second half. We haven't had two 6'10" centers on the team this athletic in more than a decade. Also, our 2-guard Moller is very quick, but I'm surprised that he didn't score more tonight.
And 3 of our new bench players had 20 or more minutes of playing time tonight--Andoh, Reid, and Moller.

He, Reid and Kemrite will all be competing for about 20 minutes a game at the 2 when Moller is either sitting or playing the point when Retic comes out. A healthy Talbert would compete with Theo, Andoh and Reid for backup minutes at the 3/4. Yes, that is 12, and yes that is a lot, but I do think even as the season progresses we will still have at least a 9 man rotation.jcmanson wrote:How many do we think are going to be in the rotation?
