Easy for him to say. Chadwell at CSU has to look at it from a different perspective, not being a BILLIONAIRE.
I do agree that the guarantee $ should probably be higher for some of the really big schools. Looks like it tends to run in the half million range. I'm thinking in some cases it should be a million.

coming along well on my end. Norfolk State beat writer confirmed as well. working on reaching out to the rest of the non-conference beat writers/contacts before the week is out, will work on the conference game contacts this weekend and first of next week

Hawks excited about joining Big South Conference football

Anticipation for the start of the college football season always runs high this time of the summer.

At Monmouth University, there’s an extra buzz for the start of the season, because after a year of playing an independent schedule, the Hawks officially join the Big South Conference this fall.

“Being part of a conference is something exciting for our team,” said head coach Kevin Callahan, who is in his 22nd season at the helm of Monmouth’s program.

With the excitement of starting something new comes the challenge of joining an already existing conference.

“We’re playing catch-up,” Callahan said. “[The Big South is] a very talented conference.
