Anyone that goes to the ODU game...if you like a quite beach, go over to Buckroe Beach in Hampton. Me and Julie often go there on vacation. There's plenty of free parking and the beach is really quite. There's a boardwalk that's about a mile long...there's also a free pavilion you can walk on.

Man, I am really getting excited about this game! I will admit that I am a bit hesitant to predict a win given ODU's recent success, but I would absolutely revel in a 'vict'ry for ol' LU'.

ODU could do itself a favor and lose this one so they can help us impress the C-USA folks enough to offer us a bid. That would give the Monarchs a nice in-state rival that doesn't consist of their former, ahem, esteemed colleagues in the CAA.

correct- should have been phrased "on which one can walk"

Ending a sentence with a preposition is something up with which I shall not put!

And we should all endeavor to not split infinitives.

This is kind of fun. The Virginian Pilot is excited about how playing us is going to give ODU national exposure.
Today's game potentially will give ODU its broadest television exposure since last year's FCS playoff loss to Georgia Southern. That game was televised by ESPN, which reaches nearly 100 million homes. Today's contest will be broadcast by Cox Communications in Hampton Roads, Northern Virginia, Roanoke and Fredericksburg.

It also will be broadcast on Liberty's cable affiliates in Lynchburg and replayed on Cox cable affiliates nationwide later this weekend.

And it will be replayed on Sunday on the Liberty Flames Sports Network, which reaches more than 80 million homes.
