Just make sure that they are active managers..nothing worse than people who dont pay attention

I think that if we decide to go that route, you can't be subject to relegation to be considered to fill either A or B League. If you are it has to be approved by that league's commissioner

If you just want to keep PH in B-League and just take guys from C and fill out your ranks then that is fine by me (course itll be up to PH to make sure he isnt in this same position again after this season, Ive got all 10 in A-League)

There's only one other option I can think of: merge B and C leagues into one. Either way, both choices involve mass moving of people, either way everyone is going to be unhappy.
