Much greater urgency from Lebron and DWade. Bosh not as much, but he was better. When the Heat cut out the empty, settle-for-jump-shot possessions and force turnovers, they're are a completely different team.

Where is Manu? I know he's had a sporadic season, but this is a big moment. Spurs need him.

Bosh not as much?? His energy on defense is exactly what this team has needed from him. The big 3 finally lived up to their billing. I am sure the spurs will have an answer in game 5 they always do

No question Bosh was better than previous games; all I'm saying is that the other two were on an even higher level last night.

Bosh still annoys me. Poor hands, lack of clock awareness at end of first half, and his flop vs. Duncan's post-up was ridiculous. He's a face-4 masquerading as a 5.

Of course he isn't a 5, but that isn't his fault. He doesn't need to be the guy getting 30 points a game he needs to be the guy he was last night. That kind of energy combined with the way lebron and dwade played last night, is exactly what Miami needs to win this series.

However, they won't feel as much pressure to win game 5 so therefore dwade and lebron will take the night off like they seem to enjoy doing.

I don't know if they will win tonite, but the Spurs are just systematically and methodically dismantling and beating the Heat. Classic Spurs hoops.

I'd say the Spurs lost it more then the Heat won. I agree with Van Gundy wondering why Duncan was out at the end of regulation. Those rebounds cost them a possible championship.
Personally I'm getting really really tired of LeBron looking at the refs with his palms in the air and arms outstretched. Play the d*** game. I sooooo want the NBA to crack down on this. Put on your big boy pants. Ugh. It's just another reason I'd rather have Durant.

the spurs live with their hands in the air after every play. the heat really werent getting the calls the entire second half and the refs swallowed the whistles on the spurs to late.
timmy disappearing in the forth is what killed them.

Were you awake for the 4th quarter? :boring

LeBron dropped 16 points in the final quarter when his team was down by 10. He didn't play a perfect game, but once the headband came off, he was all business!

Yeah, it was the headband! he took advantage of the opportunities the Spurs gave him. But that's sort of my point. Play that way the whole game. I don't mins the occasional look or two but there were several times I thought he was going to have a little kiddie fit on the floor. When he quit whining he played sooo much better. Ergo, quit whining.
Also, his marketability numbers are starting to take a hit. IMO, his actions on the court are a reason why.

Lebron also had 2 turnovers down the stretch that had the spurs executed and ray Allen hadn't hit that 3 would've lost the game. Anybody blaming the refs didn't watch the whole game. The refs spotted the spurs an 11 point lead in the 3rd and still couldn't close out.

All nba players complain but if I was a heat fan I would be sick and tired of both Lebron and wade getting so wrapped up in the calls that they fail to get back on defense.

The spurs gave this game away. The heat were desperate the spurs just looked hopeful they would win.

I hope for a great game 7

i think for years, lebron has been so ripped that fouls against him don't' move him unless he sells it. the refs last night would not give him or wade a call for anything. There was a point when the spurs were trying to foul and it wasn't getting called.

I can not stand the Heat and their terrible fans that paid good money and still left before the game was over in game 6, but Lebron James proved once and for all he is the greatest player in the NBA playing today. I don't think anybody can even make a real argument...

Spurs gave away Game 6, and they ran out of gas in Game 7.

Pop should answer why Parker was on bench late.

Lebron is greatest player in NBA now. Best player of all-time was sitting next to Stern all night. (And the funniest moment was when said all-time greatest yawned big. It was past his bedtime!)

I completely disagree. But he did finally hit all those open looks the Spurs were giving him. Considering his tendencies it was impressive. But if not for Shane knocking down all of those treys it likely would have been for naught. Congrats to the Heat fans on the board.

You just can't give credit to someone that you dislike. You've proven that over and over before. If it's someone you like, they're the best ever. If you don't like them, it was always because of the help of someone else.

I agree with SLY. Popovich's game plan was perfect. Battier was having a horrible post season and the Spurs isolated Miller on Defense. By Bastier hitting those 3's it allowed the Heat to keep him on the floor because he is a better defender. If Battier doesn't hit those 3's the LeBrons effort, while impressive, wouldn't have amounted to a Championship. Of course Amadeus FT or offensive rebound on Tuesday and we would be having a different conversation.
You can't take away LeBrons physical skill and I agree with SLY that James went away from his past and settled for and knocked down the mid range jumper. I see LeBron as more of a Wilt type player then Magic or Jordan
On a side, we were listening to the game on ESPN on the way home last night and they were using the Heat feed. Holy Cow was that funny. Lets just say the officials and Chris Bosh should not walk around Miami without security people! :P

It makes up for all the missed traveling calls that he should receive Play Basketball
