There is a certain bounce in his step when Kevin Fogg fields a punt and gets into open space during Liberty’s spring football practices at Williams Stadium.
He is going at full speed, nothing holding back the Flames’ dynamic return specialist who is happy to be back on the field after breaking his foot last season before Liberty opened Big South Conference play.
