You remember how we had to live where the Annex is now because those first dorms still needed another month or so before we could move in?

E23 is where I lived my first year on campus, then E24 the following year, and we got to watch them build the square and Doc's Diner, and I thought those changes were nuts. Can't wait to come back in April for CFAW with some students (and especially cant wait to gorge on some TOKYO for every meal. Also Christian bookstores, no one has any idea how much you can miss those things when there are none around).

We were neighbors. I was in 7 when they were first built.

Just added value to our school and athletic dept as a whole. I don't anticipate us moving up in the next couple of years but it is things like this and the kind of money we have that makes it odd to me that a conference like the Sun Belt is so hesitant to invite us. It all points to our political stances and how overbearing it can be at times. That has been a staple for Liberty for years and years and I doubt it will ever change.

It's a shame we can't move up as an Indy, we'd flourish in a couple of seasons IMO.

Very excited about the network, hoping for a solid app dedicated to the sports teams to stream the content as well. I'd settle for TWC carrying it in NC!

Hopefully, we remain out of partisan politics and stick to expressing our principles and ideology. As long as we do that, I'm fine with it. That is who we are, and I hope we don't change. It's nice that LU is there to take a stand against the rest of the industry.

They had most of the folks from media production down at 12th street to get acquainted with the new control room that is going in the Vines Center (which will have capability for HD production from what Ive heard from my coworkers in there)

Few things to note

Vehicular Tunnel to Wards at Harvard St.
This new tunnel, which will include four lanes and a pedestrian and bicycle lane, is expected to near completion July 2013.
Does anyone really believe this? It doesn't seem as though there has even been any surveying done, and there certainly isn't any excavation being done at this time. Maybe a misprint?

HD, sweet! We live in NC and last year we switched to a Time Warner bundle for better internet. Lost MASN though. Might have to go back to DishTV.

Yeah...a lot of the head guys over there have talked about going to full HD so Im guessing this new control room is the last major piece of the puzzle to that end (will be producing commencement from the HD production truck that was procured last semester since the control room in the Vines Center will not be available)
