Liberty is playing some seriously awful basketball right now. And WU being able to bump and grab like they are isn't helping either. They're not getting back on D, JC is doing the dribble drive lose the ball thing, and the shot selection has been questionable.

Corronado easily posts up his defender every time but will not shoot it. He backs him down and then passes it. Every time.

Obviously, the refs are letting the game be physical. Liberty needs to adjust for that. If you're getting killed every trip down, you need to defend accordingly.

once JCS goes up against a bigger, stronger, more athletic guard, he's terrible. he's a 3/4 scoring option, a 3 point shooter on most teams. he can push off or drive against weaker guards, or against a team like campbell when the officials blow their whistle every time there is contact. hence the 33 fts. i'm not saying he has no talent but he has his limits.

this is painful to watch.

also I wish Marshall had Blair's scoring mentality, like being more selfish. he can flat out score but he's passive.

alright, I think this game was a bit of a reality check. Winthrop is not great. As well as we may have been playing lately, we just got handled easy. The score may have been close most of the way, but this team has some serious problems that can easily be exploited. And it's pretty much all on the offensive side of the ball.

I'm can't say this was a choke. You sort of have to have the lead most of the game and lose it to be a choke
Not sure about the TO's either. Just about every coach in the world could live with 7. Winthrop was just bigger, faster and stronger than us. Which accounts for our poor shooting
