I would bet money, though, that this doesn't pan out the way local economic dev't officials are predicting. The last announcement like this was a semiconductor business out of NoVa that bought property on Kemper Street with plenty of government incentives. The business never really got off the ground and the building was torn down a few months ago for a road project.
