Overall decent game for LU. Need to eliminate mistakes like missed assignments. And secure the ball. Montana made fewer mistakes and that was the game.
A few things impressed me concerning Montana...
1) Solid tackling. They missed very few.
2) Solid hands. Looked like several one handed grabs by receivers. Few drops if any.
3) Always looking to strip the ball, without sacrificing tackles. Great technique.
4) They looked stronger than the Flames at times.
Woodrum looked good mostly. His inexperience showed at times, particularly when under pressure. He is talented - look forward to seeing more of him in the years to come.
