Making adjustments is crucial. The main reason I like this change is its Gill's realization that HE himself was not doing the job correctly. I was never thrilled with the idea of having the HC also be the OC.

Coach is willing to do whatever it takes to win, even if its fire himself as OC. I like that. I would think our TEs are excited about this move. More targets for them, I assume.

Wasn't a huge fan of some of the calls being made in regards to how they were affecting momentum so I'm happy to see how Stamn does. On the whole I've really liked the style of the offense a whole lot better this year despite the point production that we've had the past few years.

From Justin Feldkamp on twitter:
@LibertyFootball coach Gill promoted Aaron Stamn to Off. Coordinator. Dennis Wagner now Co-Off Coordinator.
"due to the outstanding job Stamn did during the NS game."

"This staffing adjustment is due to the outstanding job Coach Stamn did during the Norfolk State game," Gill said. The Flames lost to the defending MEAC champion, 31-24, last Saturday.

"This move is what is best for our football program, allowing us to strive for (Big South) conference and national championships."
