We put a cap on the # of teams in each league : 10 for A, 14 for B, 14 for C. We ended up with 26 teams - 10 in A, 8 in both B & C.

All returnees were either A or B League. Only 2 "newbies" got into B League and those were the first 2 that posted they wanted to play. The rest of the newbies are C League.

We are trying to set it up where all 3 leagues have the same scoring format. Current format is a non-ppr league.

Draft type? I prefer auction.
Draft date? I'd like it to be late July/early August.
I'd also prefer fractional scoring (instead of one point per 25 passing yards, I'd do .04 per padding yard)

For the C league I think Auction blows..i prefer the traditional style and i really enjoy PPR but I will do whatever. I do prefer a later draft so that I dont end up with a star who gets hurt in the 1st preseason game of the year.

I would propose QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX (RB/WR/TE), K, D/SP.

I would have 6 or 7 bench slots.

But people would just always start the QB. I mean most players would start the RB anyway in a FLEX spot of RB/WR/TE but last year I placed Steve Smith in the RB/WR and it worked out.

Either way I don't care, just know it will probably work like a 2nd QB slot.

Depends on who your 2nd QB is. It works great in a 12 team league. Not enough good QBs to go around.

Checking in for the C league here. I say we keep it the same scoring across all three leagues. I like what BJ suggested. (no Qb in the flex , six subs)This way we can compare teams across the leagues. I dont think it matters much if you want the Auction or Snake draft for the A,B, or C league. Also, I am not much on the partial points.

I would prefer fractional scoring, but only for the 3 stat columns I mentioned. It's just dumb to be penalized -.96 points if you're QB gets 299 yards. Plus it helps eliminate ties, although TTL and Sly would beg to differ on that since it didn't last year
