Just watched the video review with Chancellor Falwell. He distinctly said phase 2 will be "additional seating plus 3 levels."

In addition to the money we have flowing into the university, it's great to see a demand for additional seating, as well as more luxury boxes. But other than one level for that, I wonder what the 2 would be? Probably an upper student deck, but that leaves one more level.

The Baptist side is officially 3 levels on top of seating. That sounded like what he meant. So, I’m sure one level for suites, and maybe 2 levels for offices.

Yeah. I think JLFJR means it will be like the current Baptist side (technically only 3 levels):

Level 1 - main level, bathrooms, concessions
Level 2 - "hidden", offices
Level 3 - Flames Club
Level 4 - Suites
Level 5 - Press

So maybe it will only be "4 levels" as level 1 isn't really counted:
Level 1 - main level, bathrooms, concessions
Level 2 - offices
Level 3 - ???
Level 4 - ???

That'd certainly make more sense...but as I said earlier, they're going to have to do something about the area on the north end because of the sharp dropoff there if they are planning to put a building that large on the student side in addition to the second deck

Level 3 or 4 could be for visiting coaches and visiting team VIPS. Just a thought

If club level seating was added to the student side I would go for it, that sunshine would feel good on a cold afternoon.

depending on the teams we will play in the future they will need a bigger visitor section i'm sure. i know we have plenty of money but wouldn't it be cheaper in the long run to build all the phases at once, as opposed to a phase at a time? i vote to knock it all out in one whack. don't we have the HS state championships there now, so it would be mid december before they could start.
