new lap desk, Skyrim, some clothes, UNC watch and a handle of crown royal black.....however, the best gift was watching my son open his Christmas gifts, even if it was sent to my phone.

Navy sweat pants, navy long johns top, and a blue Maglite.

Mrs. Cider and I caught the 4:55 showing of Tower Heist at the dollar theatre and both ate obscene amounts of popcorn and washed it down with a Cherry Coke (and went back for candy).

The girl got me a luggage set and a new pair of Nikes (she got tired of seeing me go to the gym in Sanuks).
Parents got me new bedding, new pillows, a really nice jacket, and some clothes.
My favorite present was probably the ESV Study Bible my parents got me.
There was a bunch of stuff for me and Nicole both: picture frames, a steamer, really nice bakeware, some dishes.
Also start a new job tomorrow which was an early but awesome Christmas present.

Other than trying to make time for everyone and having to run for two days straight, it was a really good Christmas. It was my last one at home for the foreseeable future but it was good.

If you do, please share a pic. I've seen a few similarly decked out rides here in Houston by Texans fans.

As for me, I received the usual array of clothes. My in-laws bought me a sweet 6-foot step ladder that I'll be giving a workout in a few days to take down the lower tier of lights. My out of the blue gift came from my wife who bought me some stock car driving experience.

Here's a Christmas gift story...
No. 2 son comes home from LU with a surprise addition to the family -- a dog that some guy gave him. The fellow said that he had lost his job and couldn't afford to keep his dogs anymore. The wife and I were not pleased even though she's a sweet dog. My doofus son wanted a hunting dog. But this one had a secret. The guy didn't mention she was pregnant. I started seeing some signs and sure enough Christmas eve and into Christmas morning she got busy and delivered three Christmas gifts. Anybody need a puppy?
