If we are going with top 3 we have about a 4 team race with three weeks to go for promotion. LUconn can guarantee promotion with two more wins (regardless of playoff results).

I would like to keep the official board leagues free. Having entry fees would be fine for private leagues where everybody can get together in person but for something like this I wouldnt involve $$$. By the way, have we reached a consensus as to how many move up and down from each league?

That's not a bad idea. A prize provides incentive, and when participants have something invested (in this case, an entry fee) it increases the chance they will stick with it the entire season and not bail out after a few games.

Nice comeback! What's it like to play in a 16-team league? I'm doing a 14-teamer and it's crazy in that there are so few quality players available in the free-agent pool. An injury or two can kill you. I kind of like the challenge, though.
