I still have his 1967 baseball card that I bought as a child, back when packs of baseball cards still had bubble gum in them. I remember going to a baseball card show in Marietta, Ohio when I was in college in the 1982, and Al Worthington's name came up. The guy said when he tried to get Al Worthington's autograph, all Al wanted to do was talk about Jesus.
