I know we already answered your question, but yeah there's no way they wouldn't allow it, they even let the campus students skip hall meetings to make the drive to the VMI basketball game.

Just came across my email

Tickets for the season opener on September 3 at NC State will go on sale for 2011 Flames Club members only on June 1, and remain exclusive to the 2011 Flames Club until July 1. After July 1, any remaining tickets will be available to other season ticket holders and Liberty alumni, students, and faculty/staff. We anticipate a very strong showing for Flames Nation at this game---Stay tuned for more information next week!

are we really branding ourselves as "flames nation"? that seems slightly forced, especially when we are right in the middle of UVA and VT.

Maybe forced, but I like it. We're separating ourselves from all other schools that most people like/follow.

"Flames Nation" might actually be a little narrow, considering our population of international students. If somebody could come up with a more creative broader description, I wonder if LU would use it in their branding?

should be fun, i foresee it going alot like West Virginia game last season...hopefully just give them a scare and a tough game, and leave them remembering Liberty's name and that we'r not a school to be taken lightly. I have full confidence that we can score against them, doubt our D will be able to hold them enough to pull out the win, but we'll keep it respectable

it could be a lot closer than you think (I myself expect a win) since their QB is a pocket passer and does not have alot of game experience. In my talking with wolfpack people around here they are really concerned if they can not run the ball they could be in trouble. Glennon is not a threat to run like Wilson was so the NCSU offense is being set up for a drop back passer.

No. 1 son just graduated from NC State and dished out most of his graduation money for two season tickets. One of those tickets, for the first game, will go to No. 2 son, who just finished his freshman year at Liberty. This is going to be fun. They'll both be wearing red to the opener.

I think we definitely can take this NC State game. We might be able to get the running game going with Aldreakis back and if we can get a solid O-line going. We have many offensive weapons with Mike Brown under center. Our wide receiving corps is solid with Chris Summers, Pat Kelly, and company. Our D can be solid with Big Asa Chapman, Walt Aiken the shutdown CB, and if the rest of the Defense doesn't screw this one up like at coastal. Man, I'm hyped and lets beat that Wolfpack butt.

This is a an article by the Sports Network about FBS vs FCS games this season.
Liberty at North Carolina State - Liberty's trio of quarterback Mike Brown, wide receiver Chris Summers and place-kicker Matt Bevins oozes FBS talent.

Tickets are $39. Ouch! Not sure if I will be able to make it now. At least it's on ESPN 3. It really can't get here soon enough.

Seems like it's the upper deck. Seems like pretty crappy seats compared to what WVU provided 2 years ago.

well for the Wake Forest game in 06 they crammed all the LU fans plus the band into about 4 sections I think...I actually had to sit on the very end of the section to the left of the band (as you looked at it from the other side) because there was no room for the managers to sit in the band section
