Please beat CCU so that the Big South Conference will not have to be drug through the mud when CCU has to forfeit the majority of their games this season and deal with NCAA probation.

(Look at the bright side, PC can't play in the tourney next fall, so Coastal being ineligible won't hurt, you just leave the number nine team home again.)

I'm looking forward to the end of this game. It will be fun to watch the fans rush the court. If Ashville wins, the fans will fit inside the center circle at half court. If Coastal wins, they will all fit on the chicken. That will be good for a laugh.

Now lets see if Coastal tries to show Ellis the door and save face.

I guess this makes UNCA the conference favorite next season? A long way to go, but they have virtually everyone back. Of course, Cliff will pay a juco or two very well to go to Coastal, so they will be a factor with a big 'ineligible for tournament play' asterisk by their name all year.

Ashville has a lot back, but they do lose John Williams, and he often has a bigger impact on games than what shows in the box score. If this season proves anything, it's that preseason predictions, (much like verbals) MEAN NOTHING!

I knocked back a Fat Tire this evening watching Duke/UNC. Does that count toward the board quota, or since I'm a rival poster, does it not count?

Meh, we used to taunt VMI as "West Point Rejects,"...while we've focused more (and rightfully so) on being positive and only taunting players for airballs, fouls, etc., I personally have no problem with either Tar Heel Rejects or Gamecock Expels/Rejects (or Tiger if they're Clemson fans).

Also, with about 40 seconds left in the game, did anybody see the coastal cheerleader start stomping her feet in anger that they were about to lose? It was priceless
