The Lady Flames are looking [to] defeat Davidson in women's tennis for the first time ever.

In 09, we lost 5-2. I remember that match well, we were definitely not at full strength. JJ was having health issues, Hannah was left at home sick following an ER visit for food poisoning, and Lera hadn't been cleared by the NCAA yet.

Hoping we can avenge that loss tomorrow.

We just won the doubles point against Davidson!!!

Liberty Tennis just made HISTORY!!!
The match has been decided... we are currently up 6-0 and this match has been secured against Davidson!!! Way to go Ladies!!

We began the match by winning the doubles point...The only score I know (from doubles)
is Jordan Jenkins paired with Cameron Richard for a decided 8-0 victory!

The singles line-up
1. Jordan Jenkins-Won
2. Hannah Fick-Won
3. Cameron Richard-Won
4. Allie Sheeran-Won
5. Bekah Jenkins-Won
6. Carol Lobel, still on but won the 1st set!!!

I don't know the singles scores AND a match is still in play so the final score has yet to be determined.
I bet Coach Johnson, Coach Wolfgram, and the ladies are CELEBRATING!!
Way to Go Ladies!!!

WOOHOO!!!! I am celebrating here in the Roanoke Valley. Congrats to the Lady Flames on this win, going 2-1 with wins over West Virginia and Davidson is a GREAT start.
