Find out a bit about Coach's philosophy and how schedule making fits into that and youll gain a lot more insight than just throwing them completely under the bus on a message board.
I would not expect a reply from Coach Toman, or any coach, were I to e-mail them and ask such a thing. This is a discussion board to put things out there as fans, and see who agrees or disagrees. It's not a launching pad for "letters to the editor" asking why a coach does a certain thing. Storm does things his way. Some of us think the schedule is weak, and we're allowed to believe that. If Storm wins us the Big South, or gets us to the tourney, then who cares what he scheduled. Would just appease us as fans (who are not coaches, and don't claim to be) to see a couple tougher names to test the guys and to build RPI.
Plus, there's enough people in athletics who read these things. If it's said here, someone in athletics has a chance of reading it. If it's important enough, they might point it out to whoever it pertains to. But I would say scheduling is probably the most consistently discussed topic in the offseason for any college program in any team sport. It's typical for some to like it, and some to not like it. Not a big deal. If it becomes a consistent issue, then it's time to take action as a fan. But it's not like Storm is scheduling the school of the blind followed by the school of the deaf. He's doing a fine job so far, and has earned the right to schedule how he pleases.
