inexcusable...if the defense practiced at all this week they should be embarassed to admit it. That was the worst defensive half of football i have ever witnessed at any level. You could put 11 guys out there and play no schemes just tackle guy with the ball and play better than that. There was no resistance at all.

First of all, nice insult. Way to keep it mature.

And second of all, yes, I see it every game. The result of a win doesn't always mean the execution was good. I've never claimed to be a coach, but I know what I see. Predictable offense, defense that gives up big plays AND easy plays. It's unacceptable and it's never changed.

We have a high powered offense against crappy teams, and a bend don't break defense that works against one dimensional teams.

Stop with the insults and if you want a discussion we can have one. But I won't respond to you any more if you're gonna be like that.

Without a MAJOR defensive adjustment this has the potential to become the worst loss since the Karcher era. The defense flat out didn't show up today. And the offense hasn't played with fire either.

I know we aren't the 11th best team in the country. But Coastal Carolina is still...well Coastal Carolina, and we should be able to stop them. This is tough to watch.

I haven't been reading this thread so this may have been said 50 times already but if we don't win this game, the autobid is gone. We could afford to lose on account of the tie breaker but 38 points let up in one half pretty much assures we won't be able to win any tiebreaker.

I can't believe we're watching the playoffs run right out of the stadium.

I realize our defense played like 6 year old girls that are afraid of life...but still that QB hasn't missed an open receiver. He is pretty good.

I am following this game through this messageboard so thank you for the updates. But honestly we aren't the 11th team in the country. Everyone who thinks we should go undefeated in the big south yearly is way off. We aren't that much more talented than these teams we play. We need to accept that right now. We have made great strides from years ago. From the bottom of the bsc to the top. But honestly you guys think well go undefeated just because our stadium is big? Those of you saying rocco should be fired are idiots and to be honest may be mentally handicapped. Grow up. Your team is not going to go undefeated each year. We average Winning 8 games a year not many teams can say that. We are blessed and lucky to have Rocco.

When does constantly underperforming in big games become a problem that needs to be fixed? And the wins over the teams we've beaten is NOT. AN. ACCOMPLISHMENT. So averaging 8 wins is a nice stat and all, but South Alabama has a bunch of wins this season too, because they're not playing anybody, it doesn't make them good, it gives them false hope, which is something the wins here at LU give us as fans in large supply.
