When I first moved to Atlanta, I made the mistake of going through town on a Sunday when the Falcons were playing. I quickly learned to appreciate the perimeter -- and learned when NOT to try to go through or around town at all.

Thankfully i hit the connector at 5:45 am in the morning every weekday 15-30 min before everyone and their mothers brother get on the road. Its heaven driving down a 5 lane highway that is normally a parking lot with noone but the semi's for company.

Nice. We used to live in Stockbridge, and my wife worked for an insurance agent in Alpharetta. I can remember it taking her almost three hours to get home some days.

I miss Atlanta; I'm trying really hard to find an excuse to go back down there, if for no other reason than I miss the Varsity.

My office is about 5 blocks from the varsity. you should find time to come down to a GSU football game.
