Neighbors Place took the inaugural title in this category added for 2009. But can they repeat in 2010?

Sly shouln't Hash House be on the Casual Dining list as well?

Being a cheapskate, I went with Doc's. Good food at a decent price. I know the food is probably better at some of the other places, but like I said, I'm cheap.
