Maybe it's just me....

I'd rather only face Coastal once. On a day in which they've already lost. If we win, beating HP twice is actually possible.

I don't see us beating Coastal twice in a 7 game series, much less in only two games on the same day.

I would agree, but I don't think the odds of beating Coastal are very good at any time. I'd rather take care of HPU tonight. If there is any NCAA hope, the Flames can't finish behind High Point.

Two trains of thought here, really. To win the tournament (which is the goal but, realistically, not likely) the best case probably would be to play Coastal tonight, win and beat HPU twice Saturday. To keep NCAA at-large hopes alive, finish second to Coastal and pray. Better chance of making it that way.

That's what I'm doing as well. The only downside is a slight delay. You see what happens about a second before you hear about it. Actually, it works for me because I'm slow processing information anyway.

6-1 in the 4th. Any other team and I'd say High Point is sitting pretty. I can just see Gilmore stewing in the dugout preparing his mid 5th or 6th inning "pep-talk" and the explosion of offense that always seems to ensue. But I'll guess we'll see -- very interesting to say the least.
