Hold My Own wrote:Went today with Coach Pinder. Loved it....great food and the perfect way to start slowly backing down on the food intake that my stomach is used to after my 7 day cruise last week.

Hold My Own wrote:Went again today....sad that I didnt realize until today they have a raw bar where you make your own plate of everything you want from crab, steak, chicken and fish and hand it to them and they'll cook it up.....it's unrealKeep this up and you'll need to go on another cruise to lose weight.
