So, I decided to try and see if I could start a topic to kill the SILENCE around here.

Seriously, I know most of us end up in jobs other than what we grew up dreaming about or would really like to be doing if it were a perfect world. I also know we all love the jobs we currently have, RIGHT?

Anyway, the question is (take it seriously or have some fun) if everything were exactly the way you wanted it to be, what dream job would you be in right now?

I'll start. All things being equal, I would love to be a wildlife / nature photographer traveling the world. I would love to focus on the out of the way places around the world and write about my journeys and experiences. I truly love to do this kind of work but don't have the $ or time to travel to where I'd want to go.

That's always sorta been on my "list". How awesome would it be to write for a Travel publication?

My dream job would be to be a broadcaster for ESPN. That's been my dream since high school.

Well Ive wanted to be in sports broadcasting actually as far back as when I was 12 or 13 years old. Id be the one the family would have to shout down because I would spontaneously start calling the game like the guys on TV were doing. I know ESPN isnt exactly everyone's cup of tea (like you for instance RM) but if I had a chance to work there, Id jump at it without a moment's hesitation because I feel like if I make it there, I am at the top of my field.

Fishing guides can make a lot of money. If you know some amazing places around your area to fish and enjoy the outdoors, you can get people from all over the world who want to learn to fish and camp out in scenic areas. I guess you just gotta be able to get your name out there, and shower occasionally.

Coaching basketball is really the only thing I can think of...

...which is why I have no idea what I want to do with my life. Haha.

I would love to be the host for the Amazing Race. Travel around the world and crush the dreams of grandma-granddaughter teams? Easy choice.

don't have one - it will only disappoint me to have a dream job because whatever it would be, it is never going to happen.

Maybe he could be the dude in the Sun suit in the Jimmy Dean Sausage commercials since he's so bright and cheery.
