The article was a good read for me BJ. I was totally unbiased because I didn't notice the by-line til I was almost done, and realized I had read an article about local amatuer boxing from start to finish.

Thanks Proto for the good word...I'll be at City Stadium tonight for EC Glass vs William Fleming. My game will be tape delayed following Heritage and Martinsville on 104.5 FM and SuperTalk 1050. One of these days We'll figure out how to webstream the games so that folks not in the listening area can tune in

Yeah, especially b/c you have two local fighters using the fight as a platform to raise money for two VERY worthy non-profits: The Liberty Godparent Home and Freedom 4/24 (helps get girls out of the sex trade in Thailand)

I thought Id give this a free bump because I'll be on WAMV AM 1420 in Amherst tonight. If anybody lives out that way or will be driving through there (or Madison Heights possibly) around 6 PM you can tune in.

Oh come on! Don't tell me that wouldn't be awesome.

I'm 9. Somehow, I'm good at baseball. Somehow, I get put in the starting lineup. Somehow, I hit a ball out of the infield.....in fact I even hit it over the outfielder's head. Somehow, I get on my fee-get on my horse and run past second. Somehow, I am so fast and powerful and good looking that I end up scoring a home run.

Now imagine that call on radio. I'd be pumped! Well, at least my over bearing baseball breathing dad would be.

Maybe it wouldn't be that awesome.
