Personally I prefer a nickname for a dunker like Konan O'Flyin'.

Glad to have him join the LU family. The Florida Gulf Coast has recently become the new Texas as an LU recruiting hotbed.

Vander Pol signed last November, and he liked the school, not just the coach. Add to that Layer's track record coaching big men, and there's no real reason to believe he won't be here in a few months.

I know it's common and expected, but bringing commitments from one job to the other is pretty faux pas unless the new coaching regime has no interest in said player. I guess I shouldn't be looking for character at this point. Just win baby...

Faux pas is French for "false step" or "false move". In English it is used to refer to a blunder.

I love UVA because I was a part of that school before I came to LU. I can see the frustration that everyone has with UVA. It is not because of the school it is what McKay did and that was leave for a school that you won against

Once you leave then you take the top recruit that committed to LU with you. I know that is the name of the game but everything he said about how he felt about the school is contradicted in his actions.
