Coaches defense - we didn't do that last year.
Plays a more conventional system - no five guard.
Gotcha. I'll give you the last word. What's done is done.
Go Flames.
Don't just stop talking about it. If you want to have a legit discussion on why this could be a good move, let's do it.
What do you disagree with in my post? What type of facts do you need? No one is saying he's coaching Jesus. We're saying he can, keyword can, be successful here.
I'm sorry if my last post was taken the wrong way -- frankly, SJ, of everyone's opinion here, I think yours carries the most weight. I'm being serious. You are plugged in, know your stuff, and a true fan. I saw a lot of people saying 'this rocks' but not a lot of reasons why. When I used stats to back up my concern, I was called a disgrace to Christianity (yes, I was).
You enumerated reasons why I should be hopeful. I considered your post to be rational. I'm not trying to cop out of the discussion. I made my point, I understand where people like you are coming from, and have nothing to add that I haven't said before.
Here are the facts...
#1) Dale Layer is the head coach
#2) We want Liberty to succeed
and now that #1 is a fact... we need to support him in order for #2 to be a reality.
