Not going away- I'm not going to run away or hide when my team loses like y'all did after that first game- but I'm out for the UFC fights tonight so thanks!! MVP doesn't exist on a per game basis anyway- but Sean would deserve it clearly after his performance tonight on offense- he's soft as babys__t on defense but that's another story!! Good win Flames- we shouldn't win turning the ball over 10 more times than any opponent- that was the difference in the game tonight.. until next time Flames- I'm out!!

Too little too late. I can't believe that you guys let us come back. Really surprised. Eh, another split home and home series. Jesse Sanders is the most important person on the floor for you guys. Hands down. He is impressive. Well him and Smith. Is it weird that even with 17 pts I thought that Larry Blair didn't play? I like that the students used our chant every time we missed a three. Someone forgot to send me the rules for talking junk then..

I always thought you looked at the head to head results first & make an informed analysis of the data.. So let's see- we won at home by 28, LU won at home by 12- overall UNCA outscored LU in both games by 16..

I never said it would give us any edge over the Flames in terms of Big South standings currently or that we were converting to soccer (WTF???)- Nonetheless it is one of the potential tie-breakers if I do have to remind you in terms of standings/seedings, although it's highly unlikely to apply this year between our teams heading in different directions right now... & in terms on fan boards- what else you want from me??? It is, after all the truth for heaven's sake!!

Fun game until we racked up some quick fouls in succession, and it seemed like we slowed things down and changed our D. At about 2:30 we changed up again and opened up a lead again. My take- when we manned up and trapped, we seemed to put A-ville on the ropes, when we were playing more of a zone, we didn't match up as well. I'm probably way off, as I don't know much about the game, but there sure did seem to be an issue with D for about 5 minutes. I'm open to corrections, of course. On top of that, they pretty much shut our perimeter looks down for the same five minutes. I had a pretty foul demeanor during that comeback.

as a wise man once said.....a W is a W and a L is a L........That being said we'll take the W in any way shape or form every time. Sure it would have been nice to have a 20 pt win.

-We've got to find a way to exploit the way Seth gets overplayed on the wing constantly. In the last 2-3 weeks it has been almost a double team on the wing constanly for him. This team reminds me a lot of UVA a couple years ago when Singletary and Reynolds were lighting it up and the team had no inside presence. THere was constant overplaying on the 2 guards and the perimeter and Virginia never could find a way to exploit those matchups in the paint consistenly. Obviously our case is a bit different with Smith and Curry but it's a very similar concept.
-Brolin, Stephene and Baker all really need to look for their shot more when they are in. We pass up a lot of open looks for over reliance on Seth and Anthony. I know they are 2 most valuable scorers but if these 3 guys could step up and make themselves threats it would loosen up things for Smith and Curry especially.

Oh and FYI the official was asked during the second half about the hard foul and he admitted they got it wrong after reviewing the tape at halftime and apologized for not calling the flagrant...so that was nice
