I just think it's crazy that an NFL head is 32. That's not that much older than me and I don't see how it would have been possible for me to earn my way up to head coach in such a short period of time.

32 is a great age for a head coach if properly groomed. It's no different then people like Lebron James who act years older then they truly are because of the way they've been handled. There are 28 year old GM's having to handle arbitration, luxury taxes, multi year contracts in the MLB

Get used to it...its the new fashion

I think there is a new class to graduate in to the Old Hag club here soon. It's weird that to think that an NFL head coach isn't that much older than me. It makes me feel old.

This makes no sense. Denver's problems have never been on offense -- well, not since Dan Reeves was shown the door. This team needs defense and a spine and not necessarily in that order.

I totally agree. MS was 32 when he was hired. (or close to it) Denver has a young offensive mind in Jason Bates that they want to keep. Why not just make him the coach? Defense is a huge priority here. I'm hoping the new guy cleans house on the defensive side and gets someone who can turn that mess of a defense around.

Well, they have figured out that signing Cleveland's defensive line castoffs doesn't work...that's worth something, right?

It worked so long as the QB didn't turn the ball over and keep them on the field for 40 minutes a game. Frickin' Jake the Fake.

That's what ESPN's bottom line said this afternoon. Looks like Denver is moving towards a 3-4?
5 for 5 rule Meeting

Thoughts?
