According to the current FCC database of broadcasters, WTLU-CA is broadcasting on analog channel 50. According to the same database, WTLU-CA will still be broadcasting on analog channel 50 after the digital transition in February.
I have several questions about this...
Was WTLU-CA granted an exception to switchover by the FCC?
If so, why?
Will WTLU-CA ever broadcast a digital signal?
If not, will it eventually stop broadcasting?
I have more questions, but these will do for now. I'm sure lots of people on here can speculate, but I'm hoping there's someone lurking with authoritative answers.
