it wasnt even a month ago that it was 2.99.

I paid on average about 4.39 a gallon all summer at home. This is unbelievable for me. I went from having to pau $90 to fill up to about $36

It's definitely nice to see a 1 at the front of the price again.

The slide continues. $1.75 this morning. A barrel of oil is hovering around $60/barrel. Two days after Obama's electoral victory, the price of a barrel of oil was under $60.00. It will be interesting to look back on that number in 2, 3, and 4 years from now.

Any more relief in Lynchburg?

$1.99 here...and about the same in Rocky Mount and Roanoke over the weekend. I think I saw it was March of 2005 since gas was this less expensive.
