If you guys haven't figured that stuff out yet, you never will.
Help me out... You say that everyday and I am still waiting for an answer on how to figure it out.... I guess I have been misinformed, please help a sheep that has gone astray.

It doesn't matter if you wear a different color. The problem lies in when you promote to wear a different color.

I am the band director. To the students I offended: I am sorry. My heart is heavy over the situation I have caused. In an attempt to help others, I my self have offended you. I will avoid confronting any students in the future at football games.

If this is in fact, Dr. Kerr then I applaud the effort to take responsibility. It shows humility and wisdom learned from an event that most everybody wishes wouldn't have occurred no matter which side you find yourself on.

I have heard un Liberty like comments at football games and also at hockey, with the chanting of you suck. I don't know if Dr Kerr was wrong, but if SJ admitted the girls went to far, then it is Dr Kerr's responsibility as a teacher to reel the students back in, just like if there is an RA or RD in the crowd.
There were two RA's standing in our section and they even said nothing was said that should have been corrected. And SJ said they went to far when they were talking back to the trainer after the trainer told them to shut the blank up and that she was going to come up into the crowd and fight them! They should have stopped talking to her then, but they didn't know the rules and they know now. And one is a high school student so you can't put blame on her anyways.

Luke, I'd stop defending this. Things were said that shouldn't have been and you know it. Things were also said after Dr. Kerr said something that shouldn't have been said and turned possible students off just as much as Dr. Kerr coming and saying something.

It was actually a Christening. It just so happened there was food the night before and if you came, you would understand. :) Hey SJ, I wasn't picking a fight, I guess I thought that we should be holding ourselves accountable and I didn't know if it was after the fact but if someone is out of line and "authority" doesn't catch it, them someone else should. Not blaming the girls or Dr Kerr.

If that is you, thank you for your apology. I could have been a little less confrontational in the way I talked to you, but I get a little defensive when my sisters are involved in a situation. I apologize as well for getting a little heated in the situation.

I don't even know exactly what they said. Honestly I don't really care. Maybe they were out of line.

As for me, I was very upset after that happened and I regret some of the things I said. I got heated and emotions were up because Dr. Kerr was treating my sisters, and me, in a very bad way.

But don't worry, You won't have to worry about me offending anyone in your group anymore. I think it would be best if I stop sitting with you guys at games. It seems like over half of the time when something like this happens, I am involved. So I'm going to end my involvement in the LUnatics. Its probably what's best for you and your group.

We never wanted that. You're one of the most passionate fans we have. You just lose your cool and say things you shouldn't.

no, don't do it. speaking from experience the Baptist side is boring. unless you want to sit with me, then not so much. my 14 yr old son will not sit with me, i embarrass him. not in an "old-lady type of way". in an "oh no she's going to go onto the field and choke a referee any minute now" kind of way.

yeah it might be boring. But I wouldn't want to be on the student side if I'm not on the front row... with the LUnatics.
