I had Dr Windsor and he often told me I had a lot of talent...when I had him for radio news production he said I had a Paul Harvey sound to my news. I actually almost had to civer my face when he said that last one...I dont really find myself at that high a caliber of announcer

Thanks R i...I am always surprised when people tell me how good I sounded. I talked to my boss at WBRG tonight and he said that he found my "depth of knowledge" on footbal to be very noticeable on broadcasts

The sarcasm is appreciated (and acknowledged). My parents kept me well grounded growing up so I wouldn't get a big head. I am probably my biggest critic now because I sometimes listen to myself later if a game has been recorded and I tend to pick at teh moments when I didnt sound very good (or at least I think I didnt sound good)

On a serious note, I think that would be one of the more brilliant terrorist attacks...if they could hack into the GPS satellites and make everyone go the wrong way on planned routes. I mean I think all the time "I hope this thing is right b/c I have no idea." Of course nobody would die but man the aggravation.
