Rashad has learned how to speak in public very well. Sounds a lot better than a lot of players in interviews I've heard.

"Liberty is the team to beat, and Brock will be the reason, just like Thigpen for Coastal a couple years ago"

Basically, the point is that in FCS football, QB makes ALL the difference, and with all the uncertainty at other programs at QB, Brock and Liberty have a huge advantage with that...
