I remember a thread about this sometime back but not sure what the outcome was....I have several outdated cards that I need to get rid of and consolidate. If it's worth paying the $25 or so that's cool but which company is the best to do it through?

you get a free check each year. i don't know the website. it doesn't give your number, but you can all the important stuff that creditors see

I heard about Quizzle the other day on the Clark Howard radio show (financial/savings advice talk show: http://clarkhoward.com/). It's a free website powered by Quicken that will give you your credit score for free. It only gives you your Experian score but supposedly it's the best free one out there if you've already used your annual credit report.
