Carter McMasters was introduced today in TRBC. Ron Bishop was with him...is he a Ron Bishop player? Did he help get him to LU?

Nice to see him at TRBC

There are some with a copy of the Campbell game when we showed it that are more than welcome to put it out there. Carter's Dad was a very good player btw. I remember wanted to go to TTU after my JR year when I watched them play Biola for the NCCAA National Championship. If LU wasn't moving up to Division 1 I probably would have gone there.

I used to go to Coach Bishop's camps at Tennessee Temple when I was a kid. But though of you who have witnessed my game shouldn't hold that against him.

Its great to see Coach Bishop has become a friend of the program. That's never a bad thing.

Ron Bishop--best coach Tenn. Temple ever had. As a student, I watched him coach for 4 years ('79-83), and watched Carter's dad, Tommy, play while I was there.

Bishop has been after me for some time to go visit his Hotel and Rawlings Baseball facility he has in the Dominican Republic and work with some of his teams...I need to do that soon, that would be a crazy experience

That's pretty sweet they introduced him in church. Anyone know if Carter is in the burg for the rest of the summer? It would be great to have all these guys up there for the summer. Any extra time they spend with each other before the season starts will only help.

Just 8 months? You must be new around here  I have been talking about it for 20 years now (3 on flamefans). :P They showed it on 2 different games during the season on TV. Ritchie told me that the younger guys will be here for part of the summer taking classes and getting aclimated to the environment which is a good head start. At least that is how I remember it. I haven't talked with him since the final 4. I remember summers in Lynchburg used to be excruciatingly boring but I don't think that is the case now-a-days with the way Lynchburg has grown.

Looks like we've got a Debbie downer on our case. Lynchburg is all what you make of it.

So I take it there is no way to see it then.... Since you've been on here 20 years, did you help Al Gore invent the internet?

Lynchburg in the summer all depends on how many of your friends stayed in town.

There is a way to see it but I can't get the guys that actually know how to do it to actually do it...They think my ego is already too big :P . I can't even get anyone to work on my demo and I am willing to pay good money. Oh well. The old saying applies. If you want something done right you have to do it yourself. I am going to get my demo done here in Richmond by "strangers".
