Why should we have all the fun? Guess who else is losing schollies.

http://www.ncaa.org/wps/portal/home?WCM ... nstitution

Coastal Carolina Men's Outdoor Track -- losing .61 scholarships

Gardner-Webb Football -- losing 1.85 scholarships

Gardner-Webb Men's Soccer -- losing .08 scholarships

Liberty Men's Basketball -- losing 2 scholarships

VMI Wrestling -- losing .99 scholarships

Winthrop Men's Cross Country -- losing .26 scholarships

Also of note, Toledo loses 6 for football.

It's so retarded to round up to the nearest whole number. Men's bball loses 1.3 which equals 2 schollies and VMI wrestling loses .99 equaling 1 scholly. but it's only .31 difference. They say you can only lose a max of 10% but that rounding can have a huge impact on the smaller roster sports vs ones with large rosters.

I thought they only rounded in basketball and I-A/FBS football, since you can't give partial scholarships in those sports...

our bball team is losing 1.3 scholarships, which is denying us of 2.

That's what I meant...since you can't really lose 1.3 scholarships in men's basketball (since you can't give out partials), they have to round..but WU's cross country is only going to lose .26 (not 1) because they have partial scholarships in track/XC.
