You guys probably won't remember them. Carroll Lee Ward and Phil DeBerry. They both played D back. Ward was the tallest free saftey in the country at 6-5.

Hmm...hey SCAR, is Phil DeBerry related to Aaron DeBerry? I remember Aaron from my early years at LU and seeing that name made me wonder a bit.
This spring has been all about fine tuning for Smith, who will lead the Flames in today’s spring game at Williams Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. Coming off the finest season a Liberty quarterback has produced in 13 years, Smith has no worries about job security. He completed 61.2 percent of his passes, threw for 2,226 yards and finished with 19 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
Not since Antwan Chiles in 1994 (54.8 completion percentage, 2,823 yards, 19 TDs, eight INTs) has a Flames quarterback been so effective...“He’s having fun with it,” Liberty tailback Rashad Jennings said. “He’s going through his progressions so quick, he’s hard to stop. You can be in the right spots on defense, but he’s still hard to stop. He’s making good decisions.”
...Rocco has enjoyed watching his senior quarterback take complete control of the offense. “Brock Smith has been outstanding, pretty much from beginning to end,” Rocco said. “He’s got a great understanding of the offense. He’s got great confidence. He’s always had a good arm. Now he’s just seeing things better. The game has slowed down for him.”
