I think I know what you are trying to say, ie: coach Green is not particularly charismatic, and recruiting is not his strong point. He deserves credit for recognizing that and hiring coach Sherrard. It's probably safe to say that Katie and Megan came to LU primarily because of the Christian emphasis and atmosphere, but if we did not also have a solid, winning D1 program, they very likely would have gone elsewhere. Carey Green deserves big props for taking over what coach Reeves started, building on it to make it even better, and maintaining it.
