Really I think Indy wins this one because I doubt Phillip rivers does what he did in the second half for an entire game, AND the Colts make better use of their arsenal than SD does.

Pray tell, What looked bad? It may not have been pretty, but they did what they needed to win.
Tennessee is a good team with a Tremendous D line. It was smash-mouth just like the meeting earlier in the year.
Noone plays pretty against the Titans in case you missed it. All of their games were low scoring but 2 and all but 1 was very close.

Fixed it for you. That's all they've got. If the Titans had any kind of offense at all, the Chargers would have been digging themselves out of a double-digit hole at halftime. You can't go for 0-for the first half in the playoffs. Of course, Norv Turner should be used to that by now.

Look up top, there are 3 others on here that think the Bolts will win. I think it's really cool how everyone dismisses the win against them earlier in the year. I admit this one will be totally different and it's not at home. There is no way Peyton melts down again that badly, but he will spend half of his day getting smacked around and thrown to the ground. LT will go off, and it will not all be on Phillip's shoulders. I hate the Gates will most likely not play, but the good part of that is that it forced Phillip to look to Vincent and Chambers. That is a big part of the 2nd half infusion. Anyone want to argue that?

if the chargers play like they did against an OVERRATED Tennessee team, the Chargers should start packing their bags at half-time. Let's be honest here, Tennessee ranked in the bottom third of the NFL in offense and were one of just three teams in the enitre NFL to have more field goals than touchdowns. Tennessee is used to settling for field goals as opposed to getting TDs. The Chargers were able to shut down one of the worst offensive teams in the NFL and one of the two worst offenses in the playoffs. Indianapolis has a better defense AND a better offense. The type of effort the Chargers had against the Titans will come nowhere close to being good enough to beat Indy rather the Colts have Marvin Harrison or not. Chargers are going to have to improve their offensive production dramatically if they expect to win this game.

Nobody has fought the fact that the offense MUST be better, I said that! They did play against a VERY good defense though. LT will run wild against Indy and provide that boost. That combined with a like effort from Rivers will make them Competitive and give them a GOOD chance to win.
Also, noone has even tried to pump up Tennessee's Offense at all, they STINK! But the Chargers D played very well against them.

AND again I heard you ignoring what I said so I'll try to emphasize it here:

Whoop-dee-frickin-do. Now you have to play them with playoff survival on the line. Incidentally, the Colts won the almighty Titans' division and just watched them show how to beat you.

and the Chargers nearly chocked away a 6 interception performance against a Colts team without some veyr, very valuable players on offense. Yet the chargers still only won by 2 points. If the Colts would have been healthy, Indy would have handled the Chargers easily. And since you like to bring up that game so much, then why didn't LT run wild on them in the first meeting? 21 rushes and 76 yards doesn't seem like running wild to me...

LT is good, but he pads his stats against bad to mediocre teams. He had 6 games where he rushed for 100 yards or more, 5 of the 6 came against teams that didnt make the playoffs. He's also a good receiver and had 4 games with 45 receiving yards or more, only one of those 4 teams made the playoffs.

His performances against Playoff teams, and all of these teams have a pretty good defense:

New England: 43 rush yards, 18 receiving yards, zero TDs
Green Bay: 62 rush yards, 33 receiving yards, one TD
Indianapolis: 76 rush yards, 21 receiving yards, one TD
Jacksonville: 62 rush yards, 93 receiving yards, one TD
Tennessee: 146 rush yards, 27 receiving yards, two TDs
Tennessee (playoffs): 42 rush yards, 19 receiving yards, one TD

So a combined 285 rush yards, 211 receiving yards, and 6 TDs in 6 games. That averages out to 47.5 rush yards a game, 35.2 receiving yards a game, and one TD a game. That's nothing impressive, hardly constitutes running wild, and shows that good defenses can contain him.

I'll take the combo of Marvin Harrison, Anthony Gonzalez, Dallas Clark, Freddie Keiaho, and Tyjuan Hagler - all who were out of the SD game - over those three every day of the week. And that doesn't even include Dwight Freeney who had to leave during the game and is out for the rest of the season. Heck, I'd take Marvin Harrison by himself over the combo of those three every day of the week.
