Virginia's staff lost four assistant coaches to other schools earlier this month. Associate head coach and outside linebackers coach Danny Rocco was named head coach at Liberty University. He was followed by offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Ron Prince who succeeded Bill Snyder at head coach at Kansas State. A short time later, defensive coordinator and defensive backs coach Al Golden was tabbed at Temple's head coach. Inside linebackers coach and special teams coordinator Mark D'Onofrio follows Golden to Temple, where he will serve as defensive coordinator.

According to sources at Arkansas and Wake Forest, Demon Deacon head coach Jim Grobe will remain at Wake Forest.

Coach Grobe was offered the head coaching position for the Razorbacks program and initial reports from several media outlets was that Grobe had accepted the position at Arkansas. Thursday morning, however, Coach Grobe called representatives from Arkansas to turn down the offer.

This story is getting pretty interesting. ArkansasSports360.com reported 37 mins ago that Grobe was not taking the job, then released another story 3 minutes later that he was expected to be named Arkansas' coach today.

Jim Grobe had a hard decision to make, so he slept on it.

When Grobe awoke this morning, he called his boss Ron Wellman to say that he will stay as the head football coach at Wake Forest.

I can't believe im saying this but i worked with that kid at Liberty as well and i thought he had 0 talent. His writing was terrible, but it appears he has improved his speaking. That wasn't too bad.

dooooooooooooooooooooooooooood I hated his column in the champion. I thought it was one of the worst thing I had read/heard at LU during my time there. I don't know about his radioing though. I don't know that I ever heard him.
