So I love the red jerseys...as do many others on this board....question: they ask us to wear red to the games...yet the prominent color of our jersey's is blue...this leads to much confusion...why don't we just go with the red's at home games?? or if we don't do that why don't we just go with wear blue?? I personally love the red and think our home jersey's should be red...and i guess the blue could be an alternate from time to time...

am I the only one that feels this way???
I disagree. I think the Blue is the prevalent color for our teams and the Red should be the alternate jersey. We want everyone to wear red because it looks cooler than wearing blue. Having Red on special occasions is cool to me. Esp in basketball because you can use it as an alternate jersey at home like we have done in men's hoops from time to time. Also I move that we officially change the color to REDD in honor of our football hero Vince Redd. At least for senior week.
I know red does....I just have heard students ask questions to eachother in the stands about why they want us to wear red when the team wears mostly blue....I like the red, I love the red jersey's...and from what it looks like so far I am alone in making that our prominent colors on our uniforms....oh well
Actually, I loved the red uniforms. I thought I would hate them. If we switched to a white base on our helmet, I'd suggest using using the red 100% of the time.

I like the red as well. It makes more sense since we are all wearing red.
They looked good. I will say though from a TV perspective that Red is a hard color for TV. It looks different on every tv, and it blooms (chroma overload) more than any other perspective.
By the way. One of the things that will be good for LU is attracting more of the younger generation to be LU fans. So, I thought it might be important to note that the kids all loved the red unis.
I think if we wore red every week, people would want us to wear more navy. I like the navy predominately and the red for special occasions. We should never wear red more than twice in the same season, unless we make the playoffs and have a home game.
possibly...i am not saying i don't like the blues...because i do...i just think the red looks better and we are all wearing red, so i just think red should be the prominent color...
No, no, no. Red looks good in the stands, it stands out. Blue doesn't. The players should look forward to wearing red. Students just need to learn this.
