I'm one of the out-of-towners who skipped the game due to the weather. I had to make plans earlier in the week and I wasn't willing to pony up the cash for a hotel if I was going to have to sit in the rain with my pregnant wife to watch the game. (not that she would have gone along with that anyway!) My guess is that lots of alumni had the same story this weekend.
