For those of you who don't know, Charles Richardson is a shooting instructor for the Orlando Magic. He is my old teammate and friend. He came up last year for the Alumni game and I hope he gets back up here again. Anyway, here is a video on youtube of him improving Dwight Howard's Free Throw shooting.

Scuz, you used to hang with Chaz? I guess we must know each other then! Chaz is my boy. We always have such a good time when we hang out, most recently at the final 4. I really hope he gets up again for the Alumni game. He really is a good shooter though.

Yeah Scar, Chaz used to come to my place to watch games on tv. (mainly Mich) I did alot with Mike Minnett (talk about a great shooter!) and Jimmy P and of course Yoder. (remember how he'd dress up for college for weekend? AWESOME!)
